AUA Symptom Score

If you are a man with lower urinary tract symptoms, a numerical system is used to track how your symptoms are doing. The most commonly used system is the AUA Symptom Score. Please download a copy of the AUA Symptom Score Worksheet, and see for yourself how you rank. By answering a few questions and adding up the points for each question, a score is given. After a treatment has been tried, the AUA Symptom Score can be used to help decide if the treatment has allowed an improvement or not.
